The 2009 Chicken Challenge is officially completed. After 2 grueling days of turf destruction in the rain-soaked wilderness of Caswell County, both teams achieved a victory. The corn fed Renuart boys won the first round and the Asia dynamos came back on day 2 to extract revenge.The Roese brothers finally sealed the deal in sudden death, an event witnessed by a local free-range rooster. Jerry was medalist with a 79 on day one.
A great time was had by all. Surely the stories will grow in time as they are told. The course will now be closed temporarily for repairs.
